About Lincoln Woods
Nestled between routes 146 and routes 123 , Lincoln Woods State Park is one of Blackstone Valley's great treasures. A short ride from Providence, Pawtucket, and Cumberland, it is a popular get away for southern New Englanders. Directions

From the Providence area
Take 95 north to Rte 146 north, take Rt 146 North to Twin River Road exit. Take a right off Twin River Road, this leads directly into Lincoln Woods State Park. From the main entrance, follow the one -way loop and the Kayak School signs around the loop to the R. Go past the main parking lot by the beach area and go over wooden bridge. There will be a playing field on the L, and a small parking area behind it. Take L just past the playing field and follow to parking area. Park here and walk up the path to the red building with the kayak racks

From the Boston area
Take I-95 south to the I-295 south exit. Follow I-295 to the Route 146 south (towards Providence) exit. Follow Route 146 about 3 miles, turn left onto Twin River Road . Follow the above directions from there.

From the Main Entrance
